HOW TO USE

PRE-WORKOUT (GRIP ENHANCER):

+ Shake gently before use. Hold spray 6-8 inches from yoga towel and spray until lightly damp. Allow surface to dry until it feels tacky but not wet. You’re ready to start your practice!

POST-WORKOUT (MAT CLEANSER):

+ Shake gently before use. Hold spray 6-8 inches from yoga mat and spray until lightly damp. Wipe mat clean with a dry cloth.
