SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer complimentary shipping on all qualifying orders over $50 USD.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are determined by the weight of your products and your delivery location. You will be able to review and confirm the shipping cost prior to finalizing your order.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from Southern California. Please allow 3-5 business days to process and pack your order before it ships.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday, will be processed within the following 3-5 business days.
Can I modify my shipping address?
We are not able to update your shipping address after it has been submitted. Therefore, we advise you to thoroughly review this information before completing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping to all states within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Where are your orders shipped from?
All items are packed with care and attention and shipped from our warehouse facility in Southern California.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your Return Policy?
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns for store credit.
Requests for returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Returns will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases at our store. Store credit does not expire.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I process a return?
To process a return, please contact: returns@shantiwellnessco.com.
In your email, please include:
- Order number
- Reason for your return
Our team will send you a prepaid label and instructions to return your order. Please note: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit total.
Returns must be sent out to our return center within 7 days of receipt of your return label.
Once we receive your return, you will be issued store credit within 5-7 business days.
The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be added to your credit note.
What is your Exchange Policy?
At the moment, we are not processing exchanges. If you would like to return your product for store credit, please see our Return Policy.
